Associate Director
Kay Broughton joined Marketing Means in 2012 as a Research Executive, and became Associate Director in 2022. Her role encompasses all aspects of survey administration and support to ensure the smooth running of projects, from questionnaire design and programming through to cross-tabulations and reporting. In 2017, Kay gained the Advanced Certificate in Market & Social Research, one of the key industry qualifications offered by the Market Research Society.
She studied B.Sc. Criminology and Social Policy and M.Sc. International Management at Loughborough University, graduating at the end of 2011.
